Automatic Hammer Mill Feed Grinder SFSP Type , Hammer Crusher Machine

For animal feed making, this hammer mill crusher is for regular normal - and coarse-grinding demands, particularly in feed pre or post-grinding. Specialized for the fine grinding of pre- crushed various brokens in feed , food and oilseed industries . Pre- broken coarse initial materials like cereal grains , oil cakes and meal in particular.

Features of Water Drop Type Hammer Crusher Machine:

1. Application: used for grinding of poultry and livestock and aqua feed.

2. Feeder : has frequency control of motor speed and electromagnetic coupling for choice, that the speed of feed could be adjusted.

3.Structure: “U” shaped double grinding structure, increase the beating frequency of product , guarantee the more uniform particle size, also increase the output.

4. Advantage:equipped with safety control system ,high capacity,smooth running,long service life.

5.The following form is under the condition:raw material is corn,water content ≤14 % , the diameter of sieve hole is 1.0-2.0mm.

Structure of Water Drop Type Hammer Crusher Machine:

1. Frequency Conversion Impeller Feeder: To make the corn grinder work full efficiently, the frequency is changing in real time based on the raw material amount in the crushing chamber, and the feeding speed is self-adapting.
2. Crushing Chamber: there area number of hammer and shaft inside. the high speed rotating hammer make the raw material corn grain into powder. and there are screen at the bottom of the chamber.
3. Main Motor: we equip the super quality and brand Simens Motor for our hammer mill machine.
4. Base structure: support the other unit.
5. Bearing: we adopt the famous brand bearing in our machine.
We adopt the super quality Siemens brand motor in our machine.
