High Reliability Scraper Chain Conveyor Self Cleaning Wear Resistant

This series chain scraper conveyor is used in horizontally (or not more than 15 °) transporting for powder or small granular materials. Its design is reasonable, novel structure, long service life, high reliability operation, energy efficient, sealing, safe and convenient maintenance.

Application of Chain Scraper Conveyor:

Performance of chain scraper conveyor for transporting powder and small granular material is better than screw conveyor, and other transport equipments. It is widely used in building, chemical, thermal power, food processing, mining and other industries.

Feature of Chain Scraper Conveyor​:

1. Large throughput,be up to 6m3/h---500m3/h;

2. Low energy consumption, with the aid of frictions between the materials ,the friction force can push the materials forward ,so the power can be saved 40% to 50% than screw conveyor;

3. Good tightness and safety ,reducing the materials to overflow;

4. Long service life. The chain had been specially treated by heat treatment. The quenching process makes the service life of the chain be more than five years.

5. Reasonable arrangement process, material can be feed and discharged from many holes.
