Animal Feed Pellet Cooling Machine is a type of counterflow cooling machine. It is mainly used for cooling the pellets in the pelleting section of particles in the factory.


The pellets after cooling not only increased the hardness, but also can prevent mildew, they are also easy to transport and store pellets.
It is also applied to cool a variety of materials, such as pellets, extruded materials, expansion materials, pressure-chip material, powder, etc, especially extruded materials, expansion materials.

Main Features & Applications of Counterflow Animal Feed Pellet Cooler:

1. Advanced counterflow cooling principle, the cooling air flow goes toward the material flow, to avoid sudden cooling of material by direct contacting, and prevent material from surface cracking.

2. Sliding discharge system for uniform, mild dischargeing with less remainder.

3. Pellet temperature after cooling is less than +3~5°c above ambient temperature.

4. New type octagonal cooling bin has a better cooling because there is no dead space for material ;speed of vibrated blowdown unit is adjustable,and it has such features as smooth discharging,stable,no residue,and unnecessary to sweep off when a new one is replaced.
