This kind of poultry feed pellet cooler machine is feed/wood pellet counter flow cooler,apply to cool feed or wood pellet,extruding granular material. The cooling system including: with fan(blower),cyclone,air-lock,cooler machine,can add vibrating screen.
This kind of pellet cooler machine make pellet good performance and quality,make pellet temperature lower than the room temperature.It will help you acquire a high output with low energy consumption.

Features of Counterflow Poultry Feed Cooler:

1. New cooling equipment which incorporates the worldwide most advanced cooling technology.

2. The octagonal shape cooling chamber has no cooling dead angle, which is beneficial to the cooling effects of the material.

3. During production, the inner layer of the cooler is uniform. The temperature of the pellets after being cooled is no higher than room temperature by 5 degrees, and the moisture of the cooled pellet is ≤13%(moisture of raw grain is around 13%).

4. The discharge frame is flexible and smooth, and the operation is stable and reliable.

5. This machine is mainly used for cooling the high temperature&humidity feed pellet after pelleting or puffing.
