Introduction of Counterflow Pellet Cooling Machine:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the feed/wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the pellet is about 15%, so we need use cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the feed pellet is easy to store. In the process,we choose SKLN series Counterflow pellet cooling machine.
Main Features of Counterflow Pellet Cooling Machine:
1. The high temperature and humidity particles are cooled by counter-current cooling principle, which avoids the sudden cooling phenomenon caused by the direct contact between cold air and hot materials, thus preventing the surface cracking of particles.
2. The cooling effect is remarkable due to the use of closed air feeding and large air intake area.
3. Adopting the turning plate layout structure, the movement is stable, reliable, the residue is small, and the finished product is not damaged;
4. The octagonal section of the cooling silo eliminates the dead angle of cooling, which is low in energy consumption and easy to operate.
5. After cooling, the temperature of finished product is not higher than room temperature 3 ~5℃
6. It is suitable for cooling various granular materials, such as granulating materials, expanding materials, sheeting materials, etc.
