Introduction for pellet mill machine:
Wood pellet factory using Pellet mill machine with vertical ring die structurer, the inner ring die verticall installed on the machine, with 2 layers, one ring die can using 2 times, cut down the running cost for wood pellet making.
The pellet mill machine has 2 big rollers set on the mainly hollow shaft, make the roller rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet mill working more stable, and continually no stop working.
The XGJ pellet mill machine main hollow shaft directly connecting with the gearbox, and the motor also installed vertically on the gearbox.
Make the machine more compact and working stable.


The vertical ring die pellet mill machine mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example, hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other biomass materials.
