XGJ wood pellet maker is our main product which has adopted the essence of pellet making machines in oversea market and domestick market. Wood pellet machinel with vertical ring die structurer, the inner ring die verticall installed on the machine, with 2 layers, one ring die can using 2 times, cut down the running cost for wood pellet making.

The wood pellet maker have 2 pcs big rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet mill working more stable, and continually no stop working.

The XGJ wood pellet maker main shaft directly connecting with the gearbox, and the motor also installed vertically on the gearbox.
Make the machine more compact and working stable.


This wood pellet maker mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example, hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other biomass materials.
