The advantage of this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃,good slag resistance.

High Alumina Insulating Refractory Fire Brick 400C High Thermal Tunnel Kiln Mullite Heat Proof Bricks refers to a heat-insulating refractory product made of bauxite with an Al2O3 content of not less than 48%.

High Alumina Insulating Refractory Fire Brick 400C High Thermal Tunnel Kiln Mullite Heat Proof Bricks are mainly made of bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw materials, mixed with binders and sawdust.

In order to improve product performance, industrial alumina, corundum, sillimanite, kyanite, and silica are added The powder can be produced with bulk density above 0.4g/cm3. Al2O3 content and bulk density are different, the highest operating temperature is also different, usually 1250-1350 ℃, some up to 1550 ℃

Production process:
