Precision custom metal stamping:aluminum, stainless, steel, brass stamping parts
Metal stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into specific shapes. It is a complex process that can include a number
of metal forming techniques — blanking, punching, bending and piercing, to name a few.
Before the material can be formed, stamping professionals must design the tooling via CAD/CAM engineering technology. These designs must be as
precise as possible to ensure each punch and bend maintains proper clearance and, therefore, optimal part quality. A single tool 3D model can
contain hundreds of parts, so the design process is often quite complex and time-consuming.
Once the tool’s design is established, a manufacturer can use a variety of machining, grinding, wire EDM and other manufacturing services to complete its production.
Our highly skilled team and high-tech, 2,000 square meter facility enable us to handle the most complex design-build and plan-and-
spec projects. Our team of manufacturing experts is highly trained and committed to continually improving their knowledge base and
skill sets. Our state-of-the-art technology empowers us to handle projects of any size or type, including one-of-a-kind custom requests
and large-scale corporate and institutional construction projects.
We utilize CAD Design and computerized estimating in order to ensure system efficiency and estimating highly accurate cost projections. Our in-house Project Managers are capable of conducting detailed plan reviews utilizing 3-D modeling software in order to detect potential conflicts and ensure our clients of a high-quality finish and efficient installation of their projects.
