【Intended Use】

The incubation period is generally 1-3 days. The disease occurs throughout the year, most often in winter. The affected dog is mainly manifested as mental depression, sleepiness, loss of appetite, vomiting, discharge of foul-smelling soft and mucus feces; Vomiting often lasts for several days until diarrhea begins to slow down; Stool ranges from mushy, semi-mushy to watery, orange or green, containing varying amounts of blood from mucus. The disease is mainly transmitted through direct and indirect contact, through the respiratory and digestive tracts.

【Result Interpretation】
1. Negative: In the detection window, only a purple-red line appears on the control line (C). Indicates that Toxoplasma gondii may not be exist in the sample.
2. Positive: In the detection window, a purple-red line appears at the same time at detection line (T) and control line (C). Indicates the existence of Toxoplasma gondii in the sample.
3. Invalid: In the detection window, control line (C) does not appear indicates that the result is invalid. It may not be done properly and retesting is recommended.
