Test procedure
Perform the test only when the reagent has equilibrated to room temperature (18 ℃~26 ℃ ) to avoid affecting the accuracy of the experimental results.
1. Instrument preparation: ① Turn on the power of the fluorescence analyzer, select the detection mode (quick test/standard test); ② Read the reagent ID chip; ③ Select the sample type and test items; ④ The specific operation of the instrument is performed in accordance with the instruction manual of the corresponding model instrument.
2. Take the sample to be tested and the required reagents out of storage conditions and equilibrate to room temperature.
3. Unpack the aluminum foil pouch, place the test card horizontally on the table and mark it.
4. Place the sample tube on the workbench.Insert the collected swab into the sample tube, rotate the swab for about 10 seconds, and press the swab head against the tube wall to release antigen in the swab. Squeeze the swab over the head to remove the swab so as to remove as much liquid as possible from the swab. Dispose of swabs according to biohazard wasted disposal method.
5. Install the dropper cap onto the smaple tube, put two drops ofthe extraction solution into the sample well and startt he timer.
6.Test
① Standard test:
After the sample is added, insert the test card into the instrument and click “start test”. The instrument automatically counts the time. After the reaction countdown of 15 minutes is over, the instrument automatically performs the test, and records, reads and prints the test results.
② Quick test:
After adding the sample, time 15 minutes with a timer. When the time is up, insert the test card into the instrument, and click "Start Test". The instrument automatically performs the test, and records, reads and prints the test results.
If the test card fails to be tested in time within 15~20 minutes, it will be deemed as invalid test, and the sample need to be retested with a new test card.
