1 . Can expired disc be used in the analyzer?
No. Our disc has 1 year EXP. The expiry date is marked on the outside of the package. Pls use it before the EXP. The analyzer also has a sensor determine if the disc ahs expired. If the disc is beyond the expiration date, the analyzer will stop to running and display a code error message.
1. What is the proper tubes for blood sample collection?
Our company offers enough FOC tubes(lithium heparin), pipette and pipette tips after your reagent disc order. Do not use EDTA tube.
2. Do the disc need to warm-up brfore use?
Yes. We recommends that disc be used after 20 minutes warning up when it is taken out of refrigerator for optimal performance.
