Test procedure
Perform the test only when Hie reagent has equilibrated to room temperature (18'C~26°C) to avoid affecting the accuracy of the experimental results.
1. Instrument preparation:① Turn on the power of the fluorescence analyzer, select the detection mode (quick test/standard test);② Read the reagent ID chip;③ Select the sample type and test items;④ The specific operation of the instrument is performed in accordance with the instruction manual of the corresponding model instrument.
2. Take the sample to be tested and die required reagents out of storage conditions and equilibrate to room temperature.
3. Unpack the aluminum foil pouch, place the test card horizontally on the table and mark it.
4. Draw 50µL, serum and plasma or 80uL whole blood sample into the sample hole, then add 50µL sample diluent, and time it.
5. Test:
① Standard test:
After the sample is added, insert the test card into the instrument and click "start test". The instrument automatically counts the time. After the reaction countdown of 15 minutes is over, the instrument automatically performs the test, and records, reads and prints the test results.
② Quick test:
After adding the sample, time 15 minutes with a timer. When the time is up, insert the test card into the instrument, and click "Start Test". The instrument automatically performs the test, and records, reads and prints the test results. If the test card fails to be tested in time within 15-20 minutes, it will be deemed as invalid test, and the sample need to be retested with a new test card.
Note: Use a clean pipette or tip for every sample to avoid cross-contamination
