4. Principle

This rapid test strip is an immunochromatographic test that uses a colloidal gold immunoassay. It relies on competition between residues in the sample and analytes on the T line to limit the amount of dye-antibody. When a sufficient amount of drug is present in the sample, the drug saturates the antibody. Therefore, it will show a very light or even invisible T line, indicating a positive result. On the other hand, if there are negative samples (or the amount of drug is below the minimum detectable concentration), two distinct lines will be produced in the T-line and C-line parts.

6. Sample preparation

6.1 Urine
Take clear, fresh, uncontaminated urine directly for testing.
(Note: Do not test urine immediately after refrigeration. Urine samples must be collected in a clean, dry plastic urine cup or glass container without any preservatives. If urine is cloudy, centrifuge at 4000 r/min at room temperature for 5 If the urine cannot be tested on time, the urine should be stored at 2-8°C for 24 hours, and stored at -20°C for a long time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing of samples.)

7. Operation procedures

7.1 Return test card and sample into room temperature.
7.2 Take necessary strips on desk, use it in 1 hour.
7.3 Put the test card flatly, use dropper to drop 2 drops of sample (or use micropipette to take 80 uL) in the Sample collect region.
7.4 Wait for 3-5 min to read the result. (It’s valid in 10 minutes).

8. Test Result Interpretation

8.1 Negative: Red T line appears. It means there is no residue in sample or the residue is lower than detection limit.
8.2 Positive: Red T line is invisible. It means the residue is higher than detection limit.
8.3 Invalidation: C line isn’t seen wine red. It means the test cassette is out of efficacy, out of date or improper operation. Please run the test again using another package. If the invalid tests keep happening, please contact the supplier.

9. Precautions

1) The test card can only be used once at room temperature, please do not use the expired test card.
2) Each test box and dropper are disposable to avoid cross-contamination.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test card, avoid direct sunlight and direct blowing of fans.
4) Tap water, distilled water or deionized water cannot be used as negative control samples.
5) Use this card to test again when you get a positive result
6) Urine samples must be fresh and free of contamination, and must be returned to room temperature during refrigerated urine testing
7) Due to sample differences, some test lines may appear light or gray, but only appear red, which can be judged as negative.
8) The test results are judged independently and do not affect each other.

Storage: Store at 4-30 ℃ in dark, sealed, dry place, no frozen.
