1. Melamine Diagnostic ELISA Kit Principle
This kit adopts the indirect competitive ELISA method. The conjugated antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip. The residual melamine in the sample will compete with the conjugated antigen pre-coated on the microwell strip for anti-melamine antibody. After adding the enzyme marker , using TMB substrate for color development, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with the content of the residual melamine contained in it, and the content of the corresponding residual melamine can be obtained by comparing it with the standard curve.

4. Sample Preparation
Instructions for use (the following points must be dealt with before preprocessing)
1) The experiment can only use disposable tips, and the tips must be replaced when using different reagents;
2) Before the experiment, each experimental equipment must be cleaned and re-cleaned if necessary to avoid contamination interfering with the experimental results.
Solution preparation
1) Sample extraction solution
Dilute 10-fold sample extraction solution A with deionized water at 1:9;
2) Sample extraction B solution
Dilute the 20-fold sample extraction solution B with deionized water at 1:19.
4.1 Butter
1) Take 1g of fresh butter into a 50ml centrifuge tube, add 5ml of sample to extract A solution, incubate in a water bath at 70°C for 5min, vortex for 5min, and centrifuge at room temperature above 4000r/min for 5min;
2) Take 50ul of the lower liquid for analysis

4.2 Candy, cheese
1) Take 1g of fresh sample into a 50ml centrifuge tube, add 5ml of sample to extract B solution, incubate in a water bath at 70°C for 5min, vortex for 5min, and centrifuge at room temperature above 4000r/min for 5min;
2) Take 50ul of the lower liquid for analysis

5. Storage and expiry date
Storage: stored at 2-8 ℃, not frozen.
Expiry date: 12 months; date of production is on the box
Note: If the Vacuum package of microplate has leakage, it is still valid to use, do not affect the test result, be relax to use.
