UL VDE CCC AUPO Radial Alloy Thermal Fuse Element Thermal Links A7-15A-F Cutoff TF 138C 15A 250V Thermal Protector
Thermal Fuse Functions and Applications
A thermal fuse functions by providing overheat protection for electrical products such as home appliances, battery packs, motors, power supplies, transformers, heating and air-conditioning equipment and various electronic devices. A thermal cutoff (TCO) is designed into electrical circuits to cutoff the electrical power in the circuit in case of overheating, either as a backup in series to a thermostat or on their own. Thermal cut-offs are used to prevent uncontrolled overheating.
Features
¤ It is a non-resettable thermal links which uses fusible alloy for its thermal element.
¤ It does not contain lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in compliance with RoHS.
¤ It does not contain 163 substances of very high concern (SVHC) that are specified by REACH as of Jun. 2015.
¤ Extremely simple construction ensures reliability, and hermetically sealed thermal element reduces deterioration with age.
¤ It has superior thermal sensitivity.
¤ It uses an insulating container.
¤ Please feel free to ask us about cutting, forming and taping of lead wire.

Thermal links (Caution)
The following describes the cautions for using thermal links.
If the stipulations indicated in the cautions are not strictly observed, thermal cutoffs may function at temperatures lower than functioning temperatures shown in the specification, or they may not function at all even if they exceed the functioning temperatures. Problems resulting from improper use of thermal cutoffs are the responsibility of users, and not of Aolittel.
When used in special conditions described in above item 3or 4, please consult a sales person of Aolittel.
