Product Introduction of Honey Dehydrator

Honey will lose a lot of related active substances at high temperature. The vacuum dehydration will also lead to losing a large number of aromatic substances, thus a big loss of honey flavor.

In order to meet the production requirements of mature honey, this machine is specially designed for low temperature dehydration of honey(both Apis Cerana and Apis Mellifera) with 40 Baume degree (or above).

[1] Saving energy consumption greatly : by using air thermal energy, the power is only 2.5 kilowatts. That is ten times less than the 25 kilowatts of a conventional honey concentrating machine.

[2] Dehydrating by air heating, the finished honey temperature is only about 38 degree, which protects the active substances in honey well and improves the taste.

[3 ]This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, completely meeting the requirements of food safety.

[4 ]The rotation speed and temperature of the plates is adjustable at will to meet the needs of different users.

[5] The machine only needs 220V household electricity, without requiring 380V three-phase electricity, which is convenient to use for beekeepers and cooperatives.

Product Working Principle of Honey Dehydrator

The air flows in the hive due to the constant fluttering of the bees' wings. The water is taken away by the flowing air, and evaporates naturally. When the water evaporates to a certain level, it becomes mature honey. According to the bionic principle, the equipment is introduced with energy of air thermal motion in a relatively closed space. Forty-two round plates are equipped inside the machine, which keep rotating. The honey automatically sticks to the rotating plates to form a 0.5mm thickness honey film. Heated by the energy of forced hot air, water evaporates rapidly and will be discharged from the exhaust pipe, thus completing the dehydration.
