Q:Target groups

A:We developed an exclusive line of architecture. Our metallic fabrics are visually delicate and suitable for a variety of decorative and functional applications. As wire weaves, we provide architects, planners and contractors as well as high quality mesh products.

Q:Format/piece size

A:Our wire mesh is usually supplied as coil material.For most types of fabrics, the standard web width is 1,520 mm.

Of course it is possible to make the blank according to the customer's requirement.

Our stable wire frames are usually supplied in sheet form. We can directly install the required panel size on the customer site to manufacture the grid.

Please note the maximum width of our product - this is caused by manufacturing technology and can be found in the relevant product data sheet. Transportability and installation conditions should always be considered when selecting part sizes.

Q:Material

A:All building materials are made of weather and corrosion resistant stainless steel. We use austenitic stainless steel, mainly 1.4301 or 1.4404 (AISI 304,316). With these stainless steels, the original appearance of the surface will be retained permanently.

In addition, there are galvanized wire mesh designs as well as aluminum, brass and bronze.Remember that brass and bronze change color over time.The result is copper optics, whose deployment depends on the relative humidity of the air. If you don't want this color change, you can protect the fabric from it by treating it with zapon varnish.

Q:Quality

A:For more than 40 years, we have been producing high quality wire mesh. Qualified staff can use various technical measuring equipment:

· X-ray fluorescence analyzer for material determination

· independent laser measuring instrument for diameter control

· tensile testing machine for determining the mechanical properties of major materials and products

· computer-aided measurement of grid size and grid distribution

Our wire mesh standard achieved ISO9000.
