Building Cladding Architectural Expanded Metal Mesh Sheets OEM
Customizing And Service For Architectural expanded metal
Standard vs flat
We offer standard/regular and flat building metals. Conventional building expansion metal is an open grid that is simultaneously die-cut and expanded as it passes through a series of progressive dies on a press. The flattened version undergoes a cold rolling process, reducing sheet thickness and stretching patterns, resulting in a smoother, flatter finish.

Why choose architectural expanded metal for your design?
Flexible, durable and eye-catching, Extended Metal's construction mesh products are available in a wide variety of materials, colors, patterns, finishes and textures.
As a result, architects and developers use architectural grids in a range of interior and exterior projects, from decorative features and interior wall displays to large building cladding and facades.
The expanded metal mesh provides a controlled profile for surfaces including ceilings, cladding, screens and columns, and because this material controls the movement of light and air, it offers functional and aesthetic advantages.
The expanded metal mesh can also reduce a building's solar gain by blocking the sun's rays from moving through the day. The expansion process creates angled, louvered holes inside the material that act as multiple miniature shadows. The holes are created without wasting any material.

The use of architectural expanded metal and its benefits
Expanded metal's 3D textured finish and industrial edges make it a popular choice for durable shading, and its mesh profile maintains the right amount of sunlight while keeping the structure's interior cool and breezy with natural airflow. The architectural mesh was also used as a means of ensuring privacy, with the larger ribbon width shielding the interior from view. This means that you can use it as the facade of the building, encouraging an open atmosphere while maintaining the privacy of the interior.
Expanded metal mesh is used in a variety of interesting ways for the structural appearance of buildings and innovative art installations. The extended mesh can be fitted with steel tension cables to create a complex and stunning facade frame. Our project gallery has great examples of extended metal mesh styles and how they have been used by our clients.
