What is Architectural Weaving Mesh?

Construction wire mesh is a high-strength, 316-grade stainless steel mesh that is typically made from 80% recycled materials. Similar to the clothes we wear, the material consists of several individual wires that are woven on a large loom at our parent company JUMAO in Germany.
Although woven silk screens appear rigid and unyielding at first glance, the material is quite flexible when stretched beyond a certain length. This allows it to be used in a variety of applications.

How To Install Architectural Mesh?

The grid unit can be stretched across multiple floors using flat tension profiles, diagonal screws and pressure springs. A strong substructure is required on both the upper and lower sides of the structure to absorb the resulting load. Intermediate mounting is provided on each layer by means of circular tubes and wire connectors running behind the grid.
