Description:

Automatic Commutator Hotstacking Machine

This automatic commutator hotstacking machine is used for welding the copper wire the commutator hook, adapts Miyachi controller to detect the welding current, it will alarm if the welding current is out of the set limit. The performance is stable and reliable. The machine is easy operation and easy change-over.

This rotor commutator spot welding machine is suitable for commutator fusing, it’s widely used in the motor field, such as wiper motor, vacuum cleaner motor, mixer motor, window lifter motor, condenser motor, power tool motor, DC motor, etc.

Installation

1. The equipment should be placed in a dry place and prevent from dusts. There should not be any corrosive gas and flammable/explosive objects in the surrounding area.

2. Make the surrounding area level; adjust bolts of each position.

3. Correctly connect with the inlet power line; the wire diameter should be bigger than 4m㎡, and should use copper wire.

4. Correctly connect with the air pipe.

5. Completely check whether any part of the machine is loosen during the transportation. Correctly adjust the fastening points of each position.

6. Add water into the cooling water tank; the water should be around 90% of the capacity of the water tank.
