Description:

This type of ceiling fan coil winding machine has two working stations and can wind two coils at same time. The whole winding process is done by machine automatically. Controlled by micro computer, this fan winding machine could do winding, array, and indexing progress automatically. The array and indexing movement is under the control of stepping motor. And the winding motion is controlled by frequency converting motor. The coil turn number could be accurate up to 0.1 round.
