Description:

Nide produces a full range of rotor production machine. It can be customized as per different requirement. This rotor assembly line consistes of armature insulation paper inserting machine, armature winding machine, commutator hot stacking machine, armature wedge inserting machine, commutator turning machine and armature testing machine.

Process:
insulation paper inserting---armature winding—--wedge inserting—commutator welding--- commutator turning-----armature testing.

Insluation paper inserting machine

This machine is used to inserting paper into rotor slot. Operator needs to load rotor into the covenyor. Then the covenyor will move forward and transfer it to the standby station. DMD, DM, polyester film are all can be used in this machine.

Rotor winding machine

After doing paper inserting machine, mechanical arm and converyor will carry the rotor the rotor winding machine position. The machine can do automatic feeding, winding, indexing and wire cutting.

Wedge inserting machine

The wedge material can be as per customer's requirement, DMD, DM, polyester film are all can be used in this machine. The related parameter can be set in the touch screen.

Commutator welding machine

It can weld both riser and hook type commutators. This machine is applied to DC motor and universal motor. It is controlled by PCL, all the data setting can be done on the touch sreeen.

Commutator turning machine

Equipped with lubrication device and aluminum alloy frame, this machine features advance technology and modern shape, has easy operation system and self-checking system. The cutting deminsion can be set in the touch screen.

Rotor testing machine

This machine can be tested different items, like Hi-pot resistance, insulation resistance, surge resistance, bar-to-bar resistance.
