Description:

This machine is used to inserting coil and wedge into stator. And it can insert coil and wedge simultaneously. This HMI can set all the necessary data. With easy and convenient tooling change process, this machine is suitable for three phase motor, fan motor and other motor, with a veriety model number but low output.

Wedge fedding mode can be set according to different motor.Horizontal Winding Inserting Machine is equipped with human-machine control interface, It has the characteristic of widely application, high automation, easy operation and convenient tooling change.

Operation step:

Power on the machine

Insert the wire by winding form

Adjust the tooling according to different model stator

Put stator to the tooling

Press "start" button.

Machine will automatically do coil inserting.

Take out the stator
