The number of drive shafts is Two and are respectively installed with upper and lower crochet hooks, the stator table is rotatably connected with a stator turntable, the stator turntable is provided with a positioning block, the positioning block is provided with a defined hole through it, and the inside of the defined hole is slidingly connected with a limiting block.

When in use, control the connecting lead to pass through the limiting hole, and then control the limiting block to move until the limiting block abuts the connecting lead and presses the connecting lead inside the limiting hole, so that when the stator is tied, the lead is connected It is not easy to be wound with the binding wire to ensure that the binding wire can bind the stator coil relatively stably, and the coil is not easily scattered from the stator slot during the use of the stator coil, which improves the service life and use efficiency of the motor.

The stator coil binding machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the mechanical transmission system, AC servo system, frequency conversion speed regulation system, pneumatic system, etc. to automatically complete the functions of origin reset, turntable indexing, stator high-speed binding, indexing, hook cutting . It adopts touch-sensitive man-machine interface with functions such as status display, fault alarm, and various parameter settings.
