Description

Low Voltage PVC Insulated Power Cable VVR Flexible Electrical Power Wire

Rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV
Test voltage: insulation thickness of more than 0.6 or more: 3000V, finished product testing: 3000V.

Good soft bending, good oil resistance, resistant to moisture,with a special has the ability of resistance to electromagnetic interference shieding of the cable.

Product specification

1. Conductor: conductor conform to the requirements of the soft GB3956 fifth or sisth kind.
2. Insulation: PVC/D type PVC insulated.
3. Color: insulation wire core color said, generally should be used under five core and color recognition.
4. Conductor structure: more than 5 core can use color recognition and digital recognition twisted with ropes to increase Tension stress,after this 5.can add pp tape, aluminium myra or non-woven belt as buffer.
6. Shielding: bare copper wire braided shielding.
7. Sheath: VC/ST5 hardy special jacket, black (RAL9005) or gray(RAL7001).
