Life Tips

1. You can open the humidifier when cutting onions, to avoid tears;
2. You can open the humidifier when use computer, to remove static electricity;
3. You’d better use purified water when use ultrasonic humidifier, to avoid the calcium and magnesium ions in the water produce secondary pollution to the air.
4. For the first time use, humidifier should be placed in the room temperature for half an hour, then start using it;
5. The using environmental temperature should be lower than 10℃-40℃；
6. Using the temperature of purified water lower than 40℃；
7. When the humidifier start working, please keep away from other appliance products, to avoid causing short circuit;
8. Please do not add additive that non-professional production line produced in the water tank;
9. Please do not place the humidifier on the hollow objects, to avoid cause frequency resonance noise;
10. Please do not boot in anhydrous condition.

Maintenance and Repair

1. Disconnect the power adapter when you have finished using the humidifier;
2. Ensure that the humidifier is kept dry if you do not plan to use it for a long time;
3. It is recommended to clean the humidifier each time you use another type of oil;
4. Use the original packaging provided to store the product in order to prevent damage.

Q1. Can I have a sample order ?

A:Sample is 3-5 working days, bulk production time is 18-25 working days for order less than 2000 pcs.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer1 years warranty to our products.

Q8: Are your products confirming to our standards?

A: Yes, our products can pass the testing as you require, e.g.: CE, RoHS, PSE, ETL, etc.
