Fabrication service is available. We do the fabrications based on customers' designs after quartz slabs insepcted, such as eased edge polished, miter edges and bullnose edges fabrications, sink cutout, cooktop cutout, etc.

Q: How to get a sample?
A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure which product sample do you need.
Q: What about the leading time?
A: In general, the leading time is about 15 to 25 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.
Q: How about the packing and shipping?
A: Normally, we have cartons and foams for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.
Q: Can I have my own logo on the products?
A: There is no problem to have your own logo on the products. Please contact us to make sure the detailed requirements before placing order.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
A: We will be online all day long. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will try our best to help you. We also provide warranty services, if there is any problems about the quality of the product, we can replace it or we can also compensate the customer for the following order.
Q: Does your company offer any other services?
A: AIBO is also offering a matching color service. We do it based on customers’ requirements.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity depends on our stock. If we have the color in stock, the customer can order even one piece. In case we have no stock, the MOQ is 84 Square Meter or 20 pieces.
