Whole milk podwer line, skim milk powder line, whey powder line etc.
Using features
1. Simple and convenient operation:
A. The starting and stopping operations of the falling film evaporator are simple and convenient.
B. There are very few materials staying in the evap-orator, and the starting time is short. After the machine is stopped, the materials in the evaporator can be rapidly emptied.
C. The liquid distribution device with excellent per-formance has strong adaptability to flow change so as to carry out high-efficiency work within a large flow range.
D. The evaporation observation can be conveniently made through the sight glass and liquid level meter and adjustment can be conveniently made.
2. Suitable for evaporating heat sensitive materials:
A. The heating and evaporating requirements of materials can be completed in one time just through the heat exchanging tube. The heating period of materials is very short, which can ensure excellent quality of heat sensitive materials.
B. Under the vacuum condition, the quality of heat sensitive materials can be reliably guaranteed.
3. Strong adaptability:
A. It is suitable for evaporation operation of most media and crystallization operation of media of low viscosity.
B. Through conveniently adjusting the evaporating temperature, the requirements to evaporating temperature of different media can be met.
4. Low energy consumption, easy to realize multi-effect operations:
A. With low loss due to temperature difference, the falling film evaporation has no rise of boiling point caused by static pressure of liquid. Under low temperature difference, higher heat transfer coefficient can be guaranteed (high-efficiency normal operation can be achieved under temperature difference of 5~7℃). Therefore, under the condition of a certain total heat transfer temperature difference, the multi-effect operations are easily to be realized, so as to reach the purpose of reducing steam consumption.
B. The pump for conveying materials is featured by small flow, low power and little energy consumption.
