Yogurt Pasteurizer
Chun Nobel pasteurizers have automatic control of sterilization temperature, automatic flow diversion and continuous recording for traceability together with high heat recovery for low operating cost. We use Spirax Sarco or Samson steam valves, Schneider electrical, Siemens PLC, etc. The Siemens 1500 series PLC and HMI are used to realize the perfect combination of customer performance and use of equipment through functions such as self-developed data records, production reports, CIP reports, and alarm independent query reports, which can be remotely maintained in real time.
Milk/ Yogurt Homogenizer
The working method of homogenizer as following, when product is flowing through the adjustable valve ,the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um, average Φ ≤1um ) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced. For the brand of homogenizer, we use domestic first-line brand homogenizer.
