Quality Control

As a leading player in China’s pipe manufacturing industry, Senpu pays strong attention to effectively combining technical innovation with product development, by gathering a large number of senior- and medium-level technical experts and investing considerable amounts into R&D activities. Senpu has participated in compiling 8 industry and state standards, as well as associated engineering, design and installation technical specifications. The central laboratory of the company, being recognized as provincial laboratory, is equipped with over 20 sets of various types of testing gears (including the only advanced static hydrant testing gear in Southwest China imported from Germany) which are capable of testing more than 30 kinds of product physical, mechanical and chemical properties, like longitudinal shrinkage rate, ultimate elongation, static hydrant pressure under various temperature, oxidation induction time, ring strength, monocol distribution, density, ring flexibility, flame retardancy and static charge immunity, to fulfill testing requirements within the factory and proposed by customers.
