Structure of the Circular Arc-stle Gear Pump
This circular gear pump consists of the pump body, gear box, coupling, motor and the base. Both in the pump body and the gearbox there is a pair of gears made of high-quality steel which is mounted to the shaft after being precisely heat-procesed. Inside the pump body there is pair of circular arc-style gears and the gear shaft operates in high strength self-lubricated brass case.
One end of the driving shaft protruding out is equipped with a mechanical seal to prevent the oil leakage in operation. the motor, gear box and bump body are fixed with bolts onto the same which had four holes for the installation.
Heating Conducting
This pump may be equipped with a steam jacket or thermal-conducting oil circulating system for the heat preservation and is drilled with 4 bolt holes at one end of the pump body, through one hole at higher part and another at lower part the steam or the thermal conducting oil is conneceted in for heating purpose. There is a flange hole at the both sides, one serving as the inlet and the other serving as the outlet. The bolt on the top of the pump body is used or oil feeding for the initial startup, so as to ensure the lubrication and air tightness.
