Jacketed Asphalt Loading/Unloading Arc Gear Pump

The cap series asphalt circular arc-style gear pump is specially designed and develped for transmitting thick oil and other liquids, and is applicable in refineries, asphalt felt factories, asphalt factories or oil discharge stations.

The pump body may be heated with steam or thermal-conductiong oil circulating system, so as to ensure the medium won't freeze or agglomerate at a lower temperature.

The mechanical seal adopted in the driven shaft may effectively avoid oil leakage. The highlights of this pump is a pair of specially designed high precision circular arc-style gears, and compared with ordinary gear pumps, this kind of pump is featured as small size, less weight, high revolution rate, low noise, long service life, low power, large power, etc. So it can regards as the new generation of pumps for transmitting thick oil.
