» Brief Introduction

With the rapid development of highway construction,the increase of demand of asphalt,asphalt in convenient to transport,easy to store,etc widely used,especially in high grade highway using imported high-performance asphalt most buckets of form,which requires melting speed,take off a

bucket of clean,also can prevent the asphalt aging of asphalt barrels off device.

DLT6 type asphalt bucket removal device developed and produced by our company uses heat conducting oil as heat carrier,heating,melting and bucket removal of asphalt through heating coil.The device can ensure the heating quality of asphalt,with high thermal efficiency,high speed of asphalt bucket removal,improve labor intensity,reduce pollution and other characteristics.


» Structure and working principle

DLT6000 asphalt bucket removal device is mainly composed of bucket removal box,lifting methanism,hydraulic push device and electrical control system.The box body is divided into two chambers,the upper chamber is barrels of asphalt melting chamber,all around are distributed with heating coil,heating tube and asphalt barrel mainly by radiation heat exchange,to achieve the purpose of asphalt bucket,two rails,for the asphalt barrel into the track. The lower chamber is mainly to continue to heat the asphalt out of the barrel,so that the temperature reaches the pump temperature(120℃),and then the asphalt pump into the high temperature tank,if the heating time can be extended to obtain a higher temperature.The lifting mechanism adopts cantilever structure.The asphalt bucket is lifted by electric hoist,and then the asphalt bucket is placed on the guide rail by lateral movement.Then the bucket is pushed into the upper chamber by hydraulic propeller,and at the same time,an emppty bucket is pushed out at the rear exit.There is no oil groove on the platform at the entrance of the asphalt drum to prevenr dripping asphalt from flowing out.

The import and export door of the device adopts spring automatic closing mechansim,and the asphalt barrel can be automatically closed by pushing out the back door to reduce heat loss.The asphalt outlet is provided with a thermometer to observe the asphalt outlet temperature.The electric control system can ontrol the opening and closing of hydraulic pump and the directional change of electromagnetic vavle to realize the advance and retreat of hydraulic cylinder.

» Installation and operation

1.Make the foundation according to the equipment foundation drawing before installation.In order to reduce thrust,the foundation can be made into a slope of about 0.2%(along the movement direction of the barrel).

2.The hydraulic propeller support and hanger are fixed with bolts and the platform of bucket removal device.The cantilever and hanger are connected with bolts through the flat plate.

3.When connecting the heating pipes of the bucket removing device,pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the heat conduction oil in the upper and lower chambers to avoid wrong connection.

4.The operator must understand the equipment structure,working principle,as well as the use and rotation of the vavle.

5.Check whether all kinds of valves and instruments are normal before starting the machine.Whether the hydraulic tank is filled with hydraulic oil.

6.When the bucket removing device starts to work,the heat conduction oil valve should be opend one hour in advance to make the device reach the normal working temperature.

7.Open the key switch of the control cabinet,start the hydralic oil pump motor,and adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic system to 0.4mpa.

8.Invert the asphalt bucket with the ground(opening down),lift the asphalt bucket by the electric hoist,and place it on the entrance rail.

9.Start the forward button of the hydraulic cylinder of the control cabinet,push the barrel into the bucket removing device,and then operate the back button of the hydraulic cylinder.

10.Pay attention to the storage and temperature of the bucket removal device,and open the asphalt pump to extract asphalt when meeting the requirements.

11.In order to avoid the asphalt barrel falling directly to the ground,the user can make an inclined plane(which can be welded by steel bar)and set up an oil collecting pool at the bottom to collect the asphalt that does not drop clean.


» Maintenance

1.The surroundings of the bucket removing device must be kept clean,and the site must be cleaned and asphalt barrels sorted out after the machine is shut down.Check all kinds of valves and in struments frenquently.

2.Often check whether the asphalt pump,gear oil pump,electromagnetic valve,oil cylinder,electric hoist and other parts work normally,find problems and deal with them in time.

3.Often check whether the asphalt outlet is smooth,work for a period of time through the sewage hole to eliminate the dirt at the bottom of the chamber.

4.Often check and clean the hydraulic system,found oil pollution should be replaced in time.
