AGV Feeding System WMS WCS ASRS Automated Material Handling System

It adopts MCU control card and can achieve fully automatic transportation for production and logistics. It has two feeding system-button feeding case and touch screen. Button feeding case has simple structure, small size, easy to install and operate. It is designed for the feeding of single material. Touch screen feeding system can feed multiple materials at the same time. It is good looking and information convey is accurate and quick. The operators can read material status of each station from display.

AGV operation monitoring Through the upper monitoring, the actual operation status of the AGV in the map is dynamically displayed
AGV status monitoring Through the upper monitoring, real-time understanding of the current position, status, power, tasks and other information of each AGV
Manual AGV Scheduling Scheduling AGVs to any site by manually making AGV calls in the system
Fork traffic control System control is carried out through intersections or single-line areas, and the order of AGV traffic is scheduled without causing congestion

Intelligent automatic charging When the AGV power is lower than the warning value or the AGV capacity is sufficient, the low-power AGV is automatically dispatched to the charging area for charging. The task can only be resumed when the charge reaches the allowable value.
Intelligent charging pile management The system automatically assigns charging piles to the AGV, and after reaching the charging area, notifies the charging pile to charge the AGV.
Parking area waiting When there is no related transportation task, the AGV is automatically dispatched to the nearest parking area to wait, reducing the occupation of the workshop site.
Mobile application Monitor the operation of the AGV through a handheld PDA or other mobile devices, and schedule AGV calls through the PDA.
