SH15 is a middle size explosion proof CCTV camera housing, which can be fitted with box camera, bullet camera, zoom camera, which is flexible choice for various application. The camera housing is made of stainless steel 304, 316L material and IP68 watherproof rated, special for

hazardous area with explosive gas, oil, chemicals and powders.

SH15 Features

Explosion proof, middle enclosure design

SH15 is designed as an middel size explosion proof camera housing, which inner usable space

can be 260*80*80mm. SH15 is an econoic choice to load CCTV Camera, which can apply for

hazardous area, like gas zone 1, gas zone 2, dust zone 21, and dust zone 22.

IP68 rated, strong temperated glass

SH15 explosion proof camera housing is IP68 rated, and its housing material can be made of

stainless steel 304, 316L. Its window glass is 8 to 12mm thickness strong tempered glass. The

housing prevents any inside sparks or explosions from escaping and igniting vapors, gases,

dust for fibers in the surrouding air.

Ge glass version to local thermal camera

SAKIA offer custom-tailored SH15, whose window glass is Ge glass. This version is fit to load

thermal camera, so as to realized special needs of surveillance.

Optional Power source input

SH15 power source kit is optional can be AC85-265V or AC24V. Its power kit can also be

upgraded as filter power kit, which has good performance of surge protection.

Lower temperature resist

SH15 can also be equipped with heater and cooling kit, which can resist temperature range

from -50 to +65 °C. The thermostatically controlled heater starts on <10°C. The cooling kit

starts on > 40°C. the lower temperature version is more suitable for north countries with cold winter.

Hazardous area application

Explosion proof camera housing with wiper system suitable for industry aggressive area, such

as off shore & onshore drilling rigs, marine vessel, oil refinery, gas plants, fueling station, paint

& parnish manufacturing plants, grain processing industries, fertilizer plants, hospital operating

room,wood processing zone,sugar industry,metal surface polishing, especially aluminite powder.
