Yes,but just little ,it also can reduce the radiation when you calling ,because it will have more radiation if no signal when you dialing on your phone.So don’t worry and use in house ,it is better for you than not use when no signal in house.

5. Can this mobile signal repeater create a signal where there is no cell signal before?

The mobile signal repeater cannot produce a signal, only amplify a weak one.
