The Audental ST preshaded zirconia blocks have excellent translucency with high
strength, and offer fast and easy processing without coloring procedure needed.
This product is specially designed for use with CAD/CAM milling systems.

Usage:

  • The dental zirconia blocks is for the creation of crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers of fixed partial denture.
  • Milling dental zirconia block with your CAD/CAM machine and then send the framework into furnace for sintering.
  • The final sintering temperature is 1530 degree Celsius.
  • Control the rate of temperature climbe within 8 degree per minute and make sure the framework is fully cooled down to room temperature before removing it.
