Product Introduction:
Screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, mining, construction, food and other industries, suitable for horizontal, inclined or vertical conveying powder, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, food and so on.
The working principle of the screw conveyor is that the rotating spiral blade will transfer the material. Material weight and screw conveyor shell of material friction resistance so that the material does not rotate with screw conveyor blade force.

Application:
1. Screw conveyor is used to transport powder or small free flow products from low position to high place. such as milk powder, salts,seeds, flour etc.
2. Worked with packaging machine for feeding variety powdery products.
3. Two motors used for screw feeding and hopper vibrating, separately control.
4. Products storage hopper can be separated from the screw and tube easily.
5. Flexible Reversible running screw, fast dismountable screw and discharge gate insure easy cleaning.
