Working principle:
Put certain amount of matrix net inside the working chamber which surrounded by screw coll. The power of AC is transformed into DC excitation power by silicon rectifier control system. The matrix is magnetized after the coil turn on. And it will be create non-uniform magnetic field on the surface of the matrix--high gradient magnetic field. When the slurry pass through the matrix inside the working chamber, the magnetic matter will be absorbed by matrix and the non-magnetic matter will be pass through the working chamber, then the magnetic matter will be separated from non-magnetic.

The automatic dry powder magnetic separator is a new type of iron remover developed mainly for positive and negative powder materials, its magnetic system is characterized by large wrap angle and multiple magnetic poles, the absolute value of magnetic flux density in the machine separation area is relatively average, it can play the separation role of its magnetic system and design different field strengths according to different ore properties; In addition, the magnetic dry powder separator does not need to overcome the gravity effect and the resistance of raw materials, when the non-magnetic mineral is separated from the magnetic field, under the action of gravity, the mineral can be separated from the magnetic cylinder very well; moreover, the magnetic dry powder separator adds adds a mechanical vibration device, which can not only improve the effect of iron removal, but also conveniently realize the iron discarding.
