They are entirely constructed from 304 stainless steel and consist of a row or rows of spherical magnetic tubes integrated into the drawer. By passing through the gaps between the magnetic bars, a powerful magnetic field is generated. As the product passes through the housing, it makes direct and repeated contact with the magnets, forcing it to travel in a zigzag pattern row by row over the magnetic tubes. This provides maximum tramp metal capture potential. The housing is available for both square and round piping and can be customized to meet each customer's installation needs.
