A: Yes! Logo/picture is offered for free! You just need offer the logo by CDR, AI file to us.

Q: Can you make my own design?
A: Yes, OEM design is offered for free! You just need to send your requirements to us, a sketch or a picture is acceptable.

Q: How do I pay?
A: You can choose the payment by Trade Assurrance, T/T or Western union.

Q: How could I shipping the goods?
A: We can arrange delivery by express (DHL, UPS, TNT), by air or by sea according to your order quantity and request.

We will choose the best shipping way for you.

Q: What included in products?
A: It is include inflatable products, blower and repair kits (including the same color material, glue).

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it gets damaged?
A: The warranty is 3 year. All our products are strictly tested from the commercial material incoming to shipment and the

quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kit for every inflatable products for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

Q: Do your blowers meet requirements?
A: We can offer standard blower according to different country, such as CE etc.

Q: What’s the lead time?
A: The lead time depends on the QTY and the time that you place the order. Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished

with in 5-15 working days.
