The Characteristic of Soft Drink Filling Machine:

1. Soft Drink Filling Machine has the advantages of no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, a high degree of automatization and simple man-machine operation display screen.

2. Adopting the air feeding device, with clamp hanging the bottle neck, the feed speed is very quick and the bottle will not be deformed.

3. Washing bottle mouth adopts advanced bottle neck technology, which avoids contact with the thread nipple and is more sanitary. Using bottle neck technology in bottle conveying, there is no need to adjust the height, but only to change the shield related with the bottle diameter.

4. Using a new type high-speed flow filling valve and cylinder-feed structure,the capping is correct and reliable.

5 .French advanced technology is used in capping. Cap sorter is installed in a lower position, sending cap in a level position.

• This machine is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system.
• Rinsing Parts: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely.
• Filling Parts: gravity filling with holding bottle neck; the special back flow type of the filling valve can avoid leakageafter filling and also control liquid level accurately.
• Capping Parts: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
