Introduction
Our range of abrasive blasting equipment is portable and has a dust free design. It has high value of vacuum power and very good separation for debris and abrasives. Vacuum blasting machines find application in the preparation of surface prior to coating. Also, just one person is required to operate the equipment. The construction of blasters is on the pressure vessels in conjunction with the pressure regulators and air filters. This helps in acquiring adequate speed of the blasting operation which is carried out in a dust free environment. The abrasives are instantly and automatically recovered for reuse. Also, in these vacuum blasting machines there is no abrasive or flying dust contaminating the surrounding.
The pressure vessel of these blasting equipment has a special valve which ensures working with blasting pressure in the range of 4 bar to 7 bar with the same machine. The technique of vacuum blasting is ideal for situations where "low pressure blasting" is compulsory. Every vacuum blasting machine has a vacuum & blast hose assembly, specially constructed lightweight blast head, and a pair of brushes for treating flat surfaces. The said brushes are made using very special fibers, which assures it's top performance and cost saving.
How does it work?
The TS Machinery machine mixes abrasive particles with compressed air to allow them to be blown on to the work surface at high speed which strips back the paint and other contaminants to original surface and all residues are contained and vacuumed back into the system. The system can also operate at low pressure ranging from 58-100 psi.
The heavy particles are separated from the dust; the particles are then allowed to fall into a collection drum. The mullet-cartridge dust collector captures the fine dust allowing it to fall into the collection drum and the air then passes through a filter to ensure that the discharge air is clean. With no moving parts, this air powered venturi system is the ultimate in reliability.

Maintenance
A. Check the recycle system, electrical system and spare parts, if they are broken, repair or change them.
B. Check every pressure gauge regularly.
C. Check if the hose, tube and cable protective layer is broken, change them if anything is broken.
D. Check the usage of fan, add lubricant in the fan regularly.
E. If the machine is under the status of rest, please put the machine in the area of dry and ventilated places, avoid direct sunlight.
