Application possibilities
TS Continuous Hanger Machines are designed to clean a wide range of parts size and shapes. It is always come together with painting line, shot blast firstly and then painting, share one overhead rail. It with automation production sequences and improve the working environment, resulting in an efficient and cost effective blast cleaning process.

Widely used in small and medium size of stainless steel parts, castings, die castings, forgings, welding structures and heat treatment parts surface cleaning and strengthening.
Machine Introduction
The equipment mainly consist of entry/exit vestibule, blasting chamber, wheel, hanger transport system, slot pipe, elevator, separator, abrasive feed system, dust collector and electrical control system.
Working principle
the workpiece is loaded on the hooks, then transported into the blasting cell. Products are blasted by the high speed shots accelerated by impeller, rust and dirt is removed. Then transported out.
The mixture fall off into the longitudinal screw conveyor at the bottom of the cabinet caused the blast process by gravity, then transported to elevator, lifted by the bucket on the belt, thrown into the separator. The mixture will form a uniform flow by gravity, the dust will be sucked into dust collector, the good shots will be collected into hopper for recycle using.
The dust will be absorbed on the cartridge surface, the cleaning efficiency is up to 99%. The purity air will be discharged to outside.

Pulse-jet Air Clean System: The dust collector has a programmable time board to “pulse” the cartridges with a jet of compressed air between blast cycle to purge the filter.
