Applications

1. Improve the adhesion of electroplate.

2. Remove oxide, rust of castings, stamping pieces and heat-treated piece.

3. Applying for medium and small parts (single and small batch production).

4. It’s suitable for high strength work piece.

4. Clear up the oxide, glitch, dross of the heat treatment pieces and weldment. The quality of clearance is up to Sa2.5~ Sa3.

5. Clear up the minor glitches and surface residues.

6. Plating and cleaning need to do before sand-blasting to improve the adhesion.
