This machine is suitable for 5~8L product and it is bottom blow.The die-head is accumulator.It equipped with servo motor.The platen of this machine is bigger than the standard 160L machine. The main parts of this machine are designed and manufactured by ourself.We do the independent R&D and inspection.If you have other special requirements,we can provide customized services for you.

3) Jinhua control system for high speed information communication and high precision temperature control

4) Hot-runner injection-blow mold with horizontal three positions for continuous production with no leftovers or waste material

6) High speed: cycle time only 10.5sec for 40ml bottle mould in 14 cavities which is suitable for high quantity production.
