1.This series is applied widely in PET hot filling bottle for juice, tea drinks ,energy drinks and other hot filling drinks Bottles.The servo motor is
adopted to drive the molding mechanism, triggering off a bottom mold linkage as well. The whole mechanism works speedy, accurately,
stably and flexibly. Meanwhile, it is energy efficient and environmental safe.
2. Oil or electricity heated, the mold can ensure bottles meet the hot filling requirement and withstand a temperature up to 92℃ without
deformation. The capacity of each cavity can be up to 700~850bph.
3.The servo motor driven stepping unit and stretching mechanism have improved the speed, flexibility and accuracy of blowing.
4. 38mm pitched, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and energy saving.
5. The thermostatic heating system ensure that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform Hinged oven

6.The high pressure blowing system is also equipped with the gas recycling device (air recycling rate can be up to 30%)which may reduce
power consumption as much as 30kw per hour.That means you do not need the low pressure air compressor any more, which will
minimize your investment as well as the space for placing the machine. In one word, it is energy-efficient and environmental safe.
7.The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes.
8.The man-machine interface is highly automated and easy to operate. The compact machine occupies a smaller area.
