Machine Information

automatic cartoning machine can achieve full automatic products conveying & feeding, flat carton feeding, carton opening, products pushing, carton folding, carton closing, finished carton package discharging.

Working process:

1. Push box into star wheel

2. Fold box lower small flap.

3. Press both lower big flaps.

4. Flatten both big flaps.

5. Product falls into box.

6. Fold box upper small flap.

7. Press both upper big flaps.

8. Flatten both big flaps.

9. Product be pushed out.

The main performance and structure characteristics of the automatic vertical injection cartoning machine:

1. It adopts the packaging form of automatic feeding, box opening, boxing, batch numbering, box sealing, waste rejection, etc., compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and adjustment;

2. Using servo/stepping motor and touch screen, PLC programmable control system, the man-machine interface display operation is clearer and simpler, with a high degree of automation, and more humane;

3. The photoelectric eye automatic detection and tracking system is adopted, and the box can not be placed in an empty package, which greatly saves packaging materials;
