Product Application:

The machine can be disassembled by three parts for convenient transportation purpose. It comes with integrating mechanism, electricity and pneumatic system under PLC control and Touch screen operation includes automatic preheating, compressed air blow forming, feeding, detection system, PRC System, first sealing station, batch number embossing, tropical foil forming, second sealing station, perforation station, servo pulling system, cutting station, rejection system and wasted material rewinding station, etc. The machine suitable for blister packing with Alu-Plastic,Alu-Aluand Alu-Plastic-Alu.

Feature:

Adopt photoelectric empty-detecting equipment and waster-eliminating equipment.
Servo motor drive wheel to grip and tow wrapper, synchronize accurately. And it will be not waste of time and material for adjusting when restart the machine.
The machine equipped Camera Cell for sensor, make the length in an accurate number.
The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine’s life.
